A terrorist was killed in a blast on Spiny Road in Quetta late Wednesday, a spokesperson for the police said.

The personnel of law enforcement agencies including the CTD and bomb disposal squad rushed to the site and started investigations.

The police official said the terrorist, identified as Noor Ali, was carrying explosives which exploded, killing him on the spot.

The lawmen launched a search operation in the area.
