Taylor Swift drops trailer for The Eras Tour: The Final Show
Taylor Swift has unveiled the official trailer for her highly anticipated concert film The Eras Tour: The Final Show, sending Swifties into a frenzy with promises of new surprises, rare performances, and an inside look at the last stop of her record-breaking global tour.
Released by Disney on Monday, the minute-and-a-half trailer offers a first glimpse at Swift’s final show in Vancouver, where she wrapped up her monumental tour in December 2024.
The film will feature complete performances, behind-the-scenes moments and, notably, the addition of The Tortured Poets Department (TTPD) set, a segment she introduced later in the tour.
In the trailer, Swift teases her fans with special surprises. “I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my life to date,” she says in a voiceover, as clips flash between her rehearsals and electrifying stage moments.
The preview highlights the inclusion of surprise songs from the final stop, a tradition Swift maintained throughout the tour.
Fans can expect to see performances such as Long Live mashed up with New Year’s Day and The Manuscript, a moment she delivered during her last show in Vancouver.
She also performed Maroon blended with The Tortured Poets Department, and a special duet with Gracie Abrams on I Love You, I'm Sorry, paired with Swift’s own emotional ballad Last Kiss.
Clips from the trailer also showcase Swift singing the powerful choruses of Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me? and I Can Do It With a Broken Heart — two TTPD tracks that dominated fan discussions throughout her tour.
One nostalgic moment fans immediately recognised was Swift performing on her iconic hand-painted piano before beginning Long Live, a song she originally released 15 years ago as part of her Speak Now album.
For the final show, she tweaked the lyrics to sing: “It was the end of an era… but the start of an age.”
Alongside the concert film, Swift is also set to release a new docuseries titled The End of an Era, which will stream on Disney+ later this month. The series will chronicle the emotional and creative journey behind the tour, which ran from March 2023 to December 2024.
