The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Thursday filed a reference in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for the disqualification of Imran Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

“The former prime minister did not declare the gifts he had received from Tosha Khana in his assets,” read the text of the reference.

“Imran Khan should be disqualified under Article 62 (1)(F) of the Constitution,” it was pleaded in the reference.

It is to be noted here that the PDM filed a reference against Imran Khan under Article 63 of the Constitution.

The reference was submitted to the ECP by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha.
