PML-N MPA Rahila Khadim Hussain hospitalized due to heartache
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Rahila Khadim Hussain was admitted to Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) in Lahore due to heart issues, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The doctors performed angiography on the PML-N lawmaker after which her condition is improving.
Mrs Rahila Khadim Hussain, wife of Syed Naeem Abbas, was born on July 2, 1976, in Lahore. She graduated in 1997 from Government College for Women, Baghbanpura, Lahore. A businesswoman who served as a Member of Provincial Assembly during 2008-13.
She has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in the general elections 2013 against one of the seats reserved for women and is functioning as Chairperson, Standing Committee on Gender Mainstreaming.
She has travelled to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and the USA. Her mother, Begum Sardar Khadim Hassan, was Member of District Council during 2002.
