Train engine fails near Mehrabpur

The engine of the Karachi Express going from Lahore to Karachi failed at Padaidan station near Mehrabpur, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
According to report, passengers have been helpless for two hours due to engine failure of Karachi Express.
Karachi Express was already three hours late and further delayed due to engine failure.
In this regard, station master said a replacement engine for the train has been called from Rohri.
According to Railways officials, the train was separated from the failed engine at Padaidan station and the train was sent to Karachi by attaching a freight engine.
