Nepra increases power tariff by Rs1.71per unit
The National Electric Power Regularity Authority (Nepra) has raised the power tariff by Rs1.71 per unit, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
According to a notification, the increase was made under the head of monthly fuel adjustment.
It will be applied to October’s bills, the notification said, adding that lifeline and K Electric customers are exempted.
