ANF seizes 513.5kg narcotics worth Rs63.2m in different operations

Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) personnel have seized 513.5 kilograms of narcotics during four operations across the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to details, an ANF team recovered 2.7 kilograms of heroin from a parcel in the office of a private courier company. The parcel was destined for the United Kingdom (UK).
In another operation, the Anti-Narcotics Force recovered 1.2 kilograms of hashish from an accused at G.T. Road, Peshawar.
The ANF team impounded 34.5 kilograms of fine-quality hashish near the bushes in Murtaza Ghowrangi in Karachi.
In another operation, the ANF team seized 400 kilograms of prohibited material, 475 kilograms of opium from Chaghi, and one SMG with 60 rounds.
