Major reshuffle in Balochistan police

The Balochistan government has issued transfer and posting orders involving several senior police officers across the province, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday.

According to a notification issued by Inspector General of Police Balochistan on November 6, Attaullah Shah, who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as SSP Investigation Crime Branch Quetta.

Similarly, Zain Ali Sheikh, also awaiting posting, has been appointed as SSP MT, Quetta.

SP Dera Bugti, Ataur Rehman, has been transferred and posted as SP Gwadar, while SP Gwadar, Ziaul Haq, is posted as SP Dera Bugti.

SP Washuk, Gul Ahmad, has been directed to report to the CCPO Office, Quetta, and Shafiqur Rehman has been appointed as the new SP Washuk.

Meanwhile, SSP Investigation Crime Branch Khursheed Ahmad is posted as AIGP Legal Quetta, and SSP MIT Kamal Khan has been transferred and appointed as SSP Headquarters BC Quetta.
