Lahore SHO turns into ‘Maula Jutt’

The Station House Officer (SHO) of the Anarkali area of Lahore turned into ‘Maula Jutt’ as he took thrashed citizens with a baton for violating the lockdown and the coronavirus SOPs announced by the government, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
SHO Sheikh Ahmed and his team did not exercise discrimination at all and hit every shopper and buyer and even the bystanders in the New Anarkali Bazaar. The video clip of the SHO beating the citizens has gone viral on social media.

The Punjab government has imposed a complete lockdown from May 8 to May 16 and banned all kinds of transport including inter-city, intra-city and inter-provincial people going to their native villages.
Wearing masks has become mandatory and ensuring social distancing is one of the top guidelines issued by the NCOC.
