♦ Former president and PPP Vice-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari strongly condemned PTI Chairman Imran Khan for his anti-institutions statements and narrative saying it is an attempt to divide the country; Asif Ali Zardari said that the hateful comments against institutions was a failed attempt to get rid of accountability; He further said that Imran Khan has lost his mind after ousting from power through a constitutional process (of no-confidence motion) by the elected parliament of the people

♦ SCP CJP remarked that interpretation of Article 63-A is essential for parliamentary democracy and the Supreme Court is the guardian of the Constitution and will continue to fulfill its responsibility; The SC took suo motu notice of the Deputy Speaker's ruling keeping in view the Constitution; Justice Ejazul Ahsan remarked all parties will be bound by it to accept the opinion of the court. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel remarked; "Tell people that the courts also open at night as Balochistan High Court opened at half past two in the night

♦ Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has banned the export of sugar to keep the sugar stocks and prices stable in the country; “People’s needs have to be met first; the sugar price has to be stabilised,” said the prime minister and also ordered strict measures against the smuggling of sugar; He also ordered stern action against the hoarders involved in creating artificial shortage of sugar, directing the agencies concerned to keep abreast of the effective implementation of their orders

♦ In an action in Peshawar, the Federal investigation Agency Cyber Wing on Monday arrested a PTI worker on the charge of sharing fake videos on social media. An accused Fayaz, who is a PTI worker, shared fake immoral videos of PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz on social media; After arresting Fayaz, the FIA registered a case against him; The case was registered on the complaint of a sub inspector of the FIA
