Traffic warden Waseem Arshad has won the title of Mr Lahore in bodybuilding competition 2023, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 

Waseem Arshad was the runner-up in the Mr Lahore competition last year, that held in January 2022. 

City Traffic Police (CTO) Dr Asad Malhi invited him to his office for encouragement.
