CAA issues warning letter to absent officials at Lahore airport
The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Human Resource department Monday issued a warning letter to all the officials who are not coming to their duties despite the orders since March 24, reported 24NewsHD Tv channel.
It has emerged that since March 24, officials have not been performing their duties on important executive posts of the CAA including the CAA legal branch and at Allama Iqbal International Airport.
CAA asked for the duty register from all the heads of the departments and asked for the record of the all employees and officials who are not on the duty without getting permission.
The Human Recourse department had asked all deputies general, airport managers and other department’s heads to be on the duty but did not come on duty since March 24.
It is pertinent to note on Sunday CAA said: “As per the decision of the GoP, the suspension of Domestic flight operations as effected earlier has been extended upto Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 2359 hours PST. Remaining provisions as applicable to the suspension of domestic flight reflected in previous orders remain unchanged.
