Summer vacation announced at educational institutions in parts of Balochistan

The Government of Balochistan's School Education Department has formally announced summer vacation for all government and private educational institutions located in the summer zone of the province.

According to a notification issued by the department, the vacation will be observed from May 23, 2026 to July 31, 2026. All educational institutions falling in the summer zone will remain closed during the specified period.

The notification directed heads of institutions and relevant authorities to complete all necessary office work, record completion and other administrative responsibilities before the start of the vacation.

The School Education Department clarified that all matters related to the digital census must be completed before the holidays begin. It warned that heads of institutions failing to complete the required digital census work would not be granted the facility of vacation.

The department has instructed all concerned authorities to ensure strict implementation of the notification in order to avoid disruption in educational and administrative affairs across the province.
