Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday offered felicitations to members of the Christian community in Pakistan on their religious festival of Easter.

In a tweet, Prime Minister Imran Khan wished Pakistan’s Christians a happy Easter. In a message on the occasion, Imran Khan urged them to stay safe and keep their families safe during the coronavirus pandemic.

He asked the Christians to pray and celebrate at home by observing the national safety protocols.

Many churches, like other places of worship across Pakistan, have been closed for the public due to the spread of the coronavirus.
