Two dacoits gunned down in Faisalabad police encounter

Two notorious dacoits were killed during a police encounter in Faisalabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

The police encounter took place in the jurisdiction of Sandal Bar Police Station in Faisalabad.

Police said that they intercepted four suspicious people who were riding on a motorcycle on Bypass, but they suddenly opened fire on the police party in retaliation.

The dead dacoits were later identified as Kashif and Rashid, while their other two accomplices escaped from the scene.

Later, the police team shifted the dead bodies of the dacoits to the hospital and started a search operation to apprehend their accomplices.
