Schedule for 8th grade board exams in Punjab released

Schedule for 8th grade board exams in Punjab has been released, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

Under Punjab Education Curriculum Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA), board exams will be held in the first or second week of March.

Orders have been issued to appoint supervisory staff for the exams.

Directions have also been issued to CEOs to appoint 100 percent staff through the online system.

Head/Deputy Head of School will be appointed for Resident Inspector.

Superintendent and test administrator will not be able to perform duty in their own school.

One test administrator will be appointed for every 40 candidates.

Android mobiles will be used for barcode scanning at exam centers.

Directions to complete the appointment of staff by February 14 have been issued.

Preferably female staff will be appointed for female candidates.
