Senior Pakistan Tehreek Insaf leader Aleem Khan on Monday took oath as minister in Governor’s House, after remaining in silence for over a year. 

Reports suggest that said Aleem Khan is going to be restored on his previous position of Senior Minister along with the portfolio of local government department.

The political development surfaced after Abdul Aleem Khan called on Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar at Chief Minister's office on Sunday to discuss matter pertaining of mutual interest and current political scenario.

Last month, Aleem Khan presented Rs 20 million cheque to the Prime Minster Imran Khan for PM corona relief fund.
