PSX jumps 2473 points

Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) registered massive jump on Thursday as KSE100 index jumped 2473 points on the fourth trading day of the week, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Pakistan Stock Exchange KSE 100 index touched 160657 points at the closing session.

The highest level during the trading session was 160944 and the lowest level was 158971. The Hundred Index closed at 158183 yesterday.

Earlier on Wednesday, PSX 100 Index jumped 313 points and closed at 158,183 points. The stock market's highest level was 159,516 while the lowest level was 15,7203. 

A total of 480 companies traded shares in the stock market. Shares of 235 companies declined and shares of 188 companies rose. A more than 750 million shares worth more than Rs 33.41 billion were traded in the stock market.
