Former Sindh lawmaker Ram Singh Sodha passed away on Saturday. He was the maternal uncle of ex-CM Arbab Ghulam Raheem. 

Ram Singh was elected to Sindh Assembly in 1985. He had an affiliation with PML-Q and got assembly seat again in 2008.

In the Pervez Musharraf regime, he served Tharparkar as deputy mayor. For a few years, he moved to India after resigning, reports said
