Malaika Arora's dance performance leaves Arjun Kapoor speechless
Bollywood actress Malaika Arora's dance performance at the dance reality show 'India’s Best Dancer vs Super Dancer' left her ex-boyfriend actor Arjun Kapoor speechless.
Malaika Arora took the stage and set it on fire with her moves performing in front of Arjun and his first reaction was like he put his hand on his lips looking downwards.
Later, he enthusiastically cheers her on. Post-performance, show host Haarsh Limbachiyaa asked Arjun for his reaction, prompting a cheeky response from the actor.
Arjun appeared on the show alongside Bhumi Pednekar to promote their upcoming film Mere Husband Ki Biwi, and was visibly caught off guard watching Malaika groove to some of her most iconic numbers.
“Meri bolti band ho chuki hai saalo se, mai abhi bhi chup rehna chahta hu”
*(I’ve been speechless for years; I prefer remaining silent even now).
His witty comment left the audience in splits and Malaika blushing on stage. However, Arjun didn’t just stop at humor. He went on to praise Malaika’s incredible career and the legacy she has created in Bollywood.
“I have got a chance to hear all my favorite songs, which just showcase the career and the life that she has had. The kind of music, the kind of performances, and the fact that we can pay tribute to somebody who is still doing such an amazing job – so congratulations, Malaika.”
Malaika, who was visibly touched by the heartfelt praise, simply smiled and thanked Arjun for his kind words. The moment became a highlight of the episode, with fans taking to social media to appreciate the mature and respectful bond the former couple still share.
Adding to the fun banter, Remo D’Souza playfully teased Malaika, while Arjun cheekily chimed in, saying:
“Inki competition ko mujhse acha kon jaanta hai” (No one knows their competitiveness better than me).
When Haarsh Limbachiyaa prompted Malaika to respond, she humorously brushed it off, saying:
“Nothing, aage bado” (Nothing, move forward).
