Practice and Procedure Act case hearing will be held on July 21

Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Umar Ata Bandial has fixed for hearing the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Act case on July 21, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

An eight-judge apex court bench led by CJP Bandial will take up the case.

Other members of the bench are Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Ayesha Malik, Justice Shahid Waheed and Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi.

The Supreme Court had issued stay order against the operation of the Practice and Procedure Act.
