SC fixes Presidential Reference to interpret Article 63A for hearing

The Supreme Court (SC) has fixed the Presidential Reference filed for interpretation of Article 63A of the Constitution of Pakistan for hearing.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, a five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial will hear the case on Monday, April 18, 2022.
