The federal government has given extension to the terms of two officer serving at key posts.

The centre extended the contract of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Air Marshal Arshad Malik till April 25, 2022 and National Information Technology Board Director General Hasnain Kazmi will continue for another year.

The cabinet approved the extension to PIA CEO a couple of days ago. According to a notification issued by Establishment Division, IT board DG Hasnain Kazmi's extension begins with effect from July 3 of the ongoing year.
