Gold prices see slight decrease in Pakistan

The price of gold Friday decreased slightly despite the glittery metal losing shine quickly in the international market, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The stubbornness of yellow metal price is being attributed to the rising dollar price against a weakening Pak rupee.

The cost of gold has decreased by $9 per ounce in the global market. The international rate for gold per ounce has now reached $1705.

However, the price of 24-carat gold fell only by Rs50 per tola in Pakistan.

With this drop, the price of 24-carat gold has dropped to Rs141,100.

The price of 10-gram 24-carat gold has also been reduced by Rs43 to Rs120,970.

The price of 10-gram 22-carat gold has also dropped to Rs110,890 after seeing a decrease of Rs40.

The price of 24-carat silver per tola remained stable at Rs1570.

The price of 10-gram 24-carat silver also remained stable at Rs1346.02.
