Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey Bieber, are soaking up the sun during a romantic getaway in Italy, days after the release of his much-anticipated seventh studio album, Swag.
The 31-year-old pop star took to Instagram to share glimpses of their boat ride, which included selfies with 28-year-old Hailey, serene water views, and solo snaps of the singer himself.
Notably absent from the photos was their nearly one-year-old son, Jack Blues, suggesting a brief couple’s escape.
The picturesque evening comes at a meaningful time for the couple, who have recently faced public speculation over the state of their marriage. But Bieber’s new music appears to tell a different story.
In the track Walking Away, he addresses the rumours head-on with emotional lyrics: "Baby, I ain't walking away ..."
Justin and Hailey tied the knot in 2018, and Swag marks his first solo album in more than four years.
A source close to the couple told People magazine that Hailey has been a constant presence throughout the album’s creation.
“Hailey was by Justin's side for the whole creation of the album,” the insider revealed. “Everyone knows Justin as a star and a performer. They now get to know the artist that Hailey has known all these years.”
The romantic Italian escape seems to be both a celebration of music and a quiet reaffirmation of their bond.
