Fast bowler Amir refuses to accept PCB’s contract

Pakistani left-arm pace bowler Mohammad Amir has refused to accept the domestic contract, 24News HD TV channel reported on Wednesday.

According to the details, fast bowler Mohammad Aamir refusing the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) contract said he couldn’t bound himself for only Rs0.25 million.

The Pakistani national cap holder cricketer said that the PCB entered his name in the list of contracts without his prior permission so he would not sign the contract.

He said he did not want to get himself restricted and to obey the restrictions of the PCB for the low amount. He added that the PCB wanted to bind him by giving such an A-category contract.

Anyhow, he said he wanted to pass some time with his family in England and after that he would decide either he would play domestic cricket or not.

Amir also confirmed that he had not taken a decision of retirement back but he would see the new management and the team first and then decide about it.
