The Pakistani rupee showed some spine on Thursday as it recovered some recent losses against the US dollar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to the forex dealers, the Pakistani rupee gained 27 paisas against the US dollar in the interbank trading and was being traded at Rs175.40 in interbank business.

Yesterday, the dollar was closed at Rs175.67.

Economic experts believe that the rupee is under pressure over rising import bill and foreign debt repayments.
