SC to hear Monal Restaurant case tomorrow

A case against sealing of Monal Restaurant has been fixed for hearing in the Supreme Court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Thursday.

A three-member bench headed by Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan will hear the case on February 24. Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi will also be part of the bench.

The court has issued notices to the parties.

It is relevant to mention that the restaurant has challenged the decision of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in the Supreme Court.

On the other hand, a case was filed against the Monal administration in Kohsar police station at Islamabad as Wildlife Board had filed a complaint against Monal administration in police station against the decision of the High Court.

The Wildlife Board had called for legal action against the Monal administration.
