Announcing a surprise cut in its airfares, the AirBlue has reduced the price of one-way ticket from Lahore to Karachi and from Karachi to Islamabad to Rs4,990 which is literally even lower than the train and bus fares, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

The passengers are also allowed to carry 15 kilograms of baggage with them.

Director Sales AirBlue Syed Arman Yahya issued the new directives about fares which will become effective from Sunday (today).
