Eight-member govt team to present two-year performance

The federal cabinet has decided to make public its two-year performance. For the purpose, an eight-member team will hold a joint press conference at the Press Information Department (PID) in Islamabad on August 18.
The government team includes ministers Shibli Faraz, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umer and Hammad Azhar as well as the prime minister’s aides Hafiz Sheikh, Asim Saleem Bajwa and Sania Nishtar. They will list the government’s feats and challenges in two years including corona combat, sugar scam probe report, anti-stocking steps, decrease in current account deficits and increase in export.
The government will make public the efforts for highlight Kashmir cause and steps to raise the issue at the international forums to expose Indian atrocities that has been going unabated since August 5 last year. Moreover, future line of action will also be shared with the media.
