Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Saturday telephoned Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa for the success of Pakistan in meeting the conditions set by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and congratulated him.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the Prime Minister held a telephonic conversation with COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa and congratulated him on the important achievement.

The Prime Minister lauded the decision of COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa to establish a Core Cell in the General Headquarters (GHQ) to meet the FATF targets.

PM Shehbaz Sharif also felicitated all the civil and military leadership and their team which was part of the core cell.

Talking to the army chief, the Prime Minister said the nation was proud of every person who worked for the success of Pakistan.
