A 50-year-old woman, Sardar Bibi, was shot in the head and died on the spot while her son sustained injuries as she resisted a robbery on Narowal- Domala Road on Thursday morning, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.  

The unidentified assailants stopped the woman and upon resistance from her, as she wanted to protect herself and her son from the robbers, the dacoits opened fire on them. She received a bullet in the head and died on the spot.

The dacoity incident occurred when Sardar Bibi was going back to her village in Narowal named Sudhowala after purchasing medicine from a pharmacy.
