PM Imran Khan to address nation today

Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the nation today at 4:30 PM to take the nation into the confidence over the security situation.
PM Khan is addressing the nation at a time when the country is observing a complete shutter down and wheel-jam strike on a call of religious parties over the last day’s incident that happened at Yatim Khana Chowk yesterday.
Federal Interior Minister Sh Rashid, who along with some other cabinet members attended a meeting with the prime minister, said the prime minister was given a complete briefing over the law and order situation in the country.
He revealed that PM Khan will make a historic address to the nation. He said the government was with those who want to protect the name and honour of the Holy Prophet.
However, he said they would not involve in such an act that may lead to bringing harm to the country.
He said another round of talks with the TLP will be held at 2:00PM and said that the matter is heading towards a solution.
Eartlier, taking to Twitter, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry announced the prime minister will address the nation today.

He said the prime minister, during his speech, will take the nation into confidence over the prevalent situation in Pakistan following countrywide protests by a banned outfit and the ensuing clashes.
