Minor produced in Multan court handcuffed
What could be termed an unfortunate incident, police in Basti Malook near Multan have produced in court a seven-year-old child handcuffed, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
On the other hand, a video of the incident has surfaced.
His mother has said that producing a child as young as seven years old in court, and that, too, handcuffed, is a violation of the law.
She has said that her son studies in class 3. “A false case was registered against my son. I appeal to high-ups to order an inquiry into it,” she implored.
