Three arrested for stealing Safe City camera box in Karachi 

Three accused arrested for stealing Safe City cameras distribution box in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

According to police, the arrest of the accused was carried out after an encounter with the Boat Basin police.

The DB box, battery, inverter and other equipment of the stolen distribution box were recovered from the accused Arbaz.

An accomplice of the three accused managed to escape from the scene taking advantage of darkness at night while firing.

The accused's record includes cases of robbery, weapons, drugs and encounters.

The arrested accused Noor Wali alias Koche turned out to be a wanted person in the court in various cases. 

Two 30 bore pistols, magazines, rounds and theft tools recovered from the arrested suspects.

The suspects confessed to stealing the Safe City DB box in the initial investigation.

The suspects had stolen the DB box a few days ago.

Accomplice Arbaaz son of Sher Gul arrested on the suspect’s identification.

Raids underway to arrest the absconding suspect.
