A perfect example of ‘hope turned into despair’ was seen in the villages of Dadu district when dozens of PTI office-bearers and workers quit the party en masse and joined the PPP, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
As many as 150 heart-broken PTI officials and workers including top local leader Dr Abid Pinhor and former councillor Ibrahim from five Dadu villages first sidelined themselves from the party and now they have joined the Sindh province’s biggest political party – the PPP.
PPP Dadu District President MNA Rafiq Ahmad Jamali welcomed the PTI workers into his party.
Dir Abid Pinhor said the PTI made false promises to them and has totally ignored the workers like us.
