Delegation of under-training officers calls on Punjab CM

A delegation of assistant commissioners under training for the 50th Common Training Programme of the Civil Service Academy met with Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Lahore on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to the officers, the Chief Minister said that relief to the common man should be the top priority of every government official.

Mohsin Naqvi advised the under-training officers adopt the attitude of gentleness and compassion in meeting common man and treat the public with good manners.

Never do wrong, good public handling gives good name and good career, said Mohsin Naqvi.

He said that officers should maintain a good relationship with everyone and perform their duties without any pressure.

From excellent service delivery, growth paths appear automatically, Mohsin Naqvi said.

“Don't be afraid to exchange in remote areas but gain experience”, said Mohsin Naqvi.

He said “If the law does not allow any work, adopt a good attitude even for refusal”.

The CM said that equal role of women is necessary for construction and development and coming of women officers in civil services is a welcome thing.

On the occasion, Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman also addressed the assistant commissioners under training.

Provincial Education Minister Mansoor Qadir, Chief Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Chairman Planning and Development Board, Senior Member Board of Revenue, Secretary Services, Commissioner Lahore Division and related officials were also present on this occasion.
