Pakistan’s Manesha Ali clinched the gold medal at the IMMAF World Cup in Angola after defeating the host country’s two-time African champion in a commanding final, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday. 

Representing Pakistan, the Gilgit-Baltistan-born fighter secured victory in the second round through a standing guillotine, bringing an impressive finish on the Angolan champion’s home ground.

Training at BRAVE Gym Lahore, Manesha produced a dominant display throughout the final to secure the top prize and raise Pakistan’s flag on the international stage.

The IMMAF World Cup brought together 15 top-ranked teams, with Pakistan competing against leading nations in international mixed martial arts.

Manesha’s victory over the accomplished Angolan fighter marks a significant achievement for Pakistan’s MMA program and further highlights the country’s growing presence in international mixed martial arts.
