LESCO worker electrocuted in Misri Shah

Lesco staff died on duty in Misri Shah area of Punjab capital Lahore.

According to 24NewsHD TV channel. 50-year-old Khalid was fixing a fault on an electric pole in Misri Shah when he sustained electric shock, leaving him dead.

His body was transferred to the morgue for postmortem.

Reportedly, four people, including two children, were electrocuted during rain in the provincial capital.

Children were playing near rainwater when they had the tragedy. Authorities have made an appeal to the poeople to adopt precausionary measures in the ongoing monsoon spell.
