Moonis calls for unity to win war on virus

Pakistan Muslim League-Q leader Moonis Elahi on Saturday visited a quarantine centre at University of Gujrat and said that national unity needed to fight the battle against the pandemic coronavirus, reported 24 News HD TV.
He took round of the quarantine that has the capacity of looking after 1,400 patients and issued directives to ensure availability of medical facilities.
He stressed the need for launching joint efforts to cope with the challenge, saying that the unity can save lives from coronavirus.
Moonis called for following the teachings of Islam that guarantees a healthy life and sought religious leaders’ role to win battle against virus.
He highlighting the importance of a comprehensive campaign to win war on the virus, and urged religious leader to play their part for the cause.
