PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari— said that National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar has violated the Constitution by convening the session of the NA with a delay, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Both leaders were talking outside the Supreme Court of Pakistan after appearing before the Supreme Court for the hearing on a plea filed by the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) seeking the SC's intervention to prevent "anarchy" ahead of the no-trust vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Shehbaz Sharif claimed that the NA speaker violated the Constitution as he convened a session with a delay.

He question what difficulty the NA speaker had that he did not convene the session of the Lower House before?

The PMLN President said that the Opposition has delayed the Long March due to the meeting of the Organization of the Islamic Countries (OIC).

Shehbaz Sharif claimed that the Speaker did not convene the session consciously.

Bilawal Bhutto said that the government has been running away from the no-confidence vote.

“The government tried to spread terror by attacking the parliament lodges,” he added. The PPP Chairman praised the SC for taking notice of the attack on Sindh House in Islamabad. Bilawal advised the NA Speaker to take decisions wisely otherwise ‘these people’ will trap him.

The PPP chairman said that the country's judiciary will take the side of the Constitution and law and will not take any political side.
