Police submit challan in sedition case against Shahbaz Gill

Islamabad police on Wednesday submitted a challan to a local court in sedition case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The challan was submitted to the court of Judicial Magistrate Shoaib Akhtar.

The judicial magistrate will send the file to sessions judge for moving the case to a trial court.

It is to be noted here that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) had granted bail to Shahbaz Gill in the sedition case.
