Two Punjab govt officers transferred, posted

Two senior officers of the Punjab government were transferred and posted on Monday. 

Implementation and Coordination (I&C) Secretary Waqas Ali Mahmood was transferred and posted excise and taxation secretary. 

In a related development, Nadeem Mahboob was made higher education secretary, says a notification issued on Monday.
