Notorious bandit killed in Thatta police encounter

Notorious dacoit Hazoor Bukhsh alias Rizwan Abro, who was involved in the killing of two policemen, was gunned down in Thatta, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The dacoit had shot dead two policemen at Babra Link Road, Jam Wah picket, last night. Police also recovered a government rifle from his possession.

The other accomplices of the dacoit escaped from the scene. Police started a search operation in different areas to apprehend them.

Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Sindh took notice of the incident and announced a reward of Rs500,000 CC-1 to the police team.

SSP Thatta also lauded the police officials for showing outstanding performance. He said that the blood of the martyrs will be accounted for in any case, and the police will continue to take action against criminals.
