Pakistan reports 3,669 new coronavirus cases, 20 deaths

Pakistan reported 3,669 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours (Sunday), the latest data from the National Command and Control (NCOC) shows.
There were 20 more causalities related to the deadly disease as the death toll due to coronavirus has reached 13,863 that represents a ratio of 2.2%.
According to the latest figures, 1,592 new coronavirus cases emerged in the last 24 hours after conducting 43,498 tests. It takes the total cases tally to 630,471 that returned positive after conducting 9,817,491 total tests so far.
The number of active cases in the country is 33,070 with 2,423 patients in critical condition.
There were 1,686 more recoveries recorded in the last 24 hours as the number of total recovered cases reached 583,538 with a 92.6% recovery rate.
Punjab, the most populous province of the country, has reported 1,863 new cases in the last 24 hours taking the provincial tally to 199,040 with 15,360 active cases. In Punjab, 8 more patients died of coronavirus as the death toll reached 5,982. With 999 new recoveries, 177,698 patients have recovered from the virus in Punjab so far.
The most affected province Sindh has recorded 232 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the provincial tally to 263,290 with 5,081 active cases. In Sindh, no new death reported related to the deadly disease as the death toll remains 4,479. With 146 new recoveries, 252,713 patients have recovered from the virus in the province so far.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has recorded 792 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 80,037 with 5,500 active cases. The province reported 7 new virus-related deaths as the death toll reached 2,159. With 211 new recoveries, 72,322 patients have recovered from the virus in the province so far.
Balochistan has recorded another 15 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 19,342 with 198 active cases. The province reported no new death as the death toll remained at 203. With 16 new recoveries, 18,941 patients have recovered from the virus in the province so far.
Islamabad has recorded 672 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 52,086 with 3,905 active cases. With 2 new deaths reported in the Federal Capital as the virus death toll reached 545. With 255 new recoveries, the number of recovered patients is 44,152in the federal capital so far.
Azad Jammu and Kashmir
Azad Jammu and Kashmir has recorded 95 new cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 11,704 with 1,013 active cases. With 3 new deaths reported, the death toll reached 336. There were 59 new recoveries in the AJK as 10,355 patients have recovered so far from the virus.
Gilgit-Baltistan recorded no new case during the last 24 hours, as the tally remains at 4,972 with 17 active cases. No new death reported in the province, the death toll remains at 103. There were no new recoveries reported as well as patients recovered from the deadly disease remained at 4,856.
