Following the worst situation of the third wave of COVID-19 in the province, the Sindh government Saturday closed all universities for an indefinite period.

According to 24NewsHD TV Channel, the Sindh Ministry of Education on Saturday setting up new standard operating procedures (SOPs) decided to keep all private and public universities closed indefinitely.

Due to the third dangerous wave of the Corona epidemic in Sindh, the ministry issued a notification declared physical classes would remain closed in all universities and teaching faculty would be able to run online classes.

As per the notification of the Sindh government, only necessary staff would be called in all universities and the corona vaccination of them would be compulsory for them.
