11 senior federal officers quit their posts during last one year
These high-ranking officers were working in PM Office, Finance, Economy, Energy, National Security, IT Divisions, FPSC, Planning Commission
As many as 11 senior officers appointed on contract in various ministries and divisions of the federal government have resigned from the posts during the last one year, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The officers who quit their jobs included Member FPSC, DG Telecom of IT Division, Research Specialists of Prime Minister’s Office and National Security Division, Finance, Economy, Energy and Planning Commission officers.
According to the documents available with 24NewsHD TV channel, these high-ranking officers had tendered their resignations during October 17, 2024 to October 29, 2025.
Member FPSC resignation was approved by the President while others were approved by the Prime Minister.
Following are the details of these officers:
* Faisal Iqbal Ratial, Director General (Telecom) IT Division.
* Member Federal Public Service Commission Afzal Latif.
* Team Lead, Finance and Economy, Prime Minister's Office Nizamuddin Arshad.
* Research Specialists Abbas Hassan and Zainul Abidin resigned. They were appointed in Strategic Policy Planning Cell, National Security Division.
* Senior Associate Finance and Economy, Prime Minister's Office, Arsalan Ahmed.
* Economic Transformation, Team Lead, Prime Minister's Office, Hashim Raza.
* Financial Advisor, Ministry of Defence Asad Rasool Chaudhry.
* Senior Associate Energy, Prime Minister's Office (Public) Muhammad Ahmed.
* Research Associate, Research and Development, Prime Minister's Office Ayesha Tauqeer.
* Member, Social Sector and Development, Planning Commission.
