Deepika and Ranveer reveals daughter Dua in Diwali photos

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have finally introduced their daughter Dua Padukone Singh to the world.

The Bollywood pair, who welcomed their daughter in September 2024, kept her away from the public eye for over a year.

But on Tuesday, Deepika and Ranveer delighted fans with a rare Instagram post giving a first glimpse of baby Dua, dressed adorably for Diwali celebrations.

In the pictures, Dua looks radiant in a bright red outfit, twinning perfectly with her mother Deepika.

The actress, glowing in a regal red traditional ensemble with matching jewelry, is seen lovingly holding her daughter.

Ranveer, dressed in a crisp white kurta pyjama, completes the perfect family portrait.

One touching image shows Deepika holding Dua in her lap as they pray together, surrounded by warm festive lights.

The couple captioned their post with a heartfelt message in Hindi.

The post quickly went viral, drawing millions of likes and heartfelt comments.

Actress Ananya Panday gushed: “Oh my god,” while fans flooded the comment section with Diwali wishes and praise for the adorable family.

In a past interview, Deepika shared that naming their daughter took nearly two months. 

“We wanted to first hold her and understand her personality,” she said, adding that the name came to her “in the middle of the night” while Ranveer was away on a shoot.

Since Dua’s arrival, Ranveer has often spoken about how Deepika’s life revolves around their daughter. “Everything else comes secondary, sometimes even her own health,” he shared in a recent interview.

Ranveer Singh is gearing up for Dhurandhar, along with Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3 and a new project directed by Aditya Dhar.

Deepika Padukone was last seen in Singham Again alongside Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff. She’s now preparing for a sci-fi film directed by Atlee opposite Allu Arjun, tentatively titled AA22 x A6, and will reunite with Shah Rukh Khan in the much-anticipated film King.
