Protesters attack metro bus in Islamabad

Some protesters attacked a metro bus in Islamabad on Friday night and hurled stones at it damaging the vehicle, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The unknown protesters threw stones at Blue Line Metro Bus, route No 20, which was heading to Gulberg from Pims Hospital. They broke window glass of the bus.
According to police, the incident occurred near 10pm. The bus was moving to Zia Mosque from Road Stamp. When police reached the place, the protesters ran away crossing the green belt.
Police said they were looking for the protesters.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chief Imran Khan gave a countrywide protest call last night following the re-election of Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Shehbaz.
