Indeed a ‘big blow’ for the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA), an alliance of political parties of Sindh opposed to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), as two of its members, considered to be quite close to Pir Pagara, will today join PPP, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday. 

In this regard, Mahtab Akbar Rashdi and Syed Akbar Shah will today make an announcement at a press conference to be held at Rashdi House, Karachi in the presence of PPP leader and sister of party Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari, Faryal Talpur.

Mahtab has also been the former GDA secretary and member of Sindh Assembly.
